Reclaiming You is my one-of-a-kind live coaching program, specifically developed for women who have left emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationships, and are committed to learning self-love and discovering their potential for a satisfying, safe, and emotionally healthy relationship. This program will not only teach you to understand where past relationships went wrong and why, but will also help you learn to avoid unhealthy relationship dynamics in the future. And more importantly, you will learn to overcome the negative thought patterns left over from relationship trauma. It will teach you the secrets of self-love and empowerment.

What if I’m scared to invest?I get it. It feels like a huge risk. But the bigger risk is to just keep doing what you’re doing. Staying alone and isolating yourself because you’re too afraid of everyone (and of our own choices) to trust that there could be something better out there. Walking into more relationships that could be emotionally harmful, living with unhealed emotional wounds, and missing out on all that life has to offer. Investing in my program is a commitment to yourself, and an investment in your future–and when we go all in, we get the most out of every experience.

What if I don’t have the time?Everyone is busy. But all you need to do to succeed in this program is dedicate 4 - 6 hours per WEEK. That’s less than 1 hour a day! And 80% of it is self-paced, so you can do it whenever it works best for you. (And it’s a GREAT way for you to learn to prioritize your self, which is really one of the main goals here!)

What if I’m still in therapy?That’s okay! Coaching and therapy are different approaches, with different focuses. Therapy often focuses on processing the past, while coaching will focus on the present and how to reach your future goals. If you are dealing with some mental health symptoms in therapy, we can chat about what it would look like to do both simultaneously.

What if my therapist says I have trauma?Of course you have trauma. Emotional abuse is traumatic. But there is a difference between having gone through traumatic experiences and having overwhelming symptoms of PTSD. My program is designed to teach you how to thrive after the trauma of an emotionally abusive or narcissistic relationship. If you are experiencing severe PTSD symptoms of intense flashbacks, dissociation, hypervigilance, etc, or having thoughts of harming yourself, then it may be a good idea to wait until some of these are better managed to join my program. However, it’s expected that you have some traumatic experiences and symptoms. This program is designed to help you manage your feelings and experiences, help you understand how trauma affects the brain, and give you real skills to work through that, in a very different way than therapy does.

What if I’m still in an emotionally abusive relationship?It’s not possible to heal while you are still being wounded. Your first priority needs to be establishing safety for yourself—getting out of an abusive or harmful relationship, finding support and stability, rebuilding the foundations of your life. After that, you will be ready for my program—and I will be here waiting!

What if I’ve already started dating again, or I’m already in a relationship but find myself struggling with things from a past relationship.My program can help with all of this! I can help you navigate the dating process and the emotional challenges of the early stages of a new relationship. New relationships can be a great place to practice new knowledge and skills. Or, if you find yourself in a new, healthier partnership but you’re beginning to doubt yourself (or your partner), find yourself struggling with trust, and feel like your confidence and self-esteem have taken a hit since your past relationship, I can help with that too. After surviving an emotionally abusive relationship, you may doubt your ability to spot red flags or keep yourself from ending up in another emotionally abusive relationship. My program can give you the tools and the confidence to identify the features of a healthy relationship and choose a partner who is good for you.
